One of the main problems I have with trying to lose weight fast is that I start off motivated and ready to go but after a few days or weeks the motivation fades and I begin to slip. I skip workouts, and slip back into bad food habits. When this happens to me I like to revisit the reasons why I had to lose weight fast. Joint Problems and Arthritis
Being overweight or obese significantly increases your risk of developing osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis occurs when the cartilage between the joints is worn away and your bones literally grind against one another causing inflammation and pain. Obese men are 5 times more likely to develope osteoarthritis and obese women are 4 times more likely. If you wish to avoid joint problems in later life you need to lose weight fast.
Increase Energy and Enjoy Life
When you are obese or overweight you lose energy. Ordinary tasks take longer and can leave you feeling exhausted. Work can often suffer because with less energy you may lose focus ar worse make mistakes which could lead to losing your job. If you lose weight you will have more energy to enjoy your life. Ordinary tasks will become easier and life in general will be more fun as you can enjoy more activities. At work you will be able to accomplish more, keep your focus and gain that promotion that you know your ability deserves. If you want more energy, a better job, and enjoy life more you need to lose weight fast.
Self Esteem
Many people who are overweight suffer from low self esteem. Designer clothes are not made in your size or if they atre they don’t look right. You don’t get the attention you want from the opposite sex, and as for the beach, well, either you don’t go, or you stay covered up. For me the most embarrasing thing was the man boobs. When you lose weight, clothes fit better, you look and feel healthier and your self esteem increases. When this happens life just seems easier and better. You can have the life you deserve you just need to lose weight fast.
