id="phpint" type="hidden" />er.  I soon  found that&#32&#116&#104e Polar brand was the one to get, but they have hu&#110&#100&#114e<input
id="counter" type="hidden" />ds of  models, ranging from affordable to incredi&#98&#108&#101.  I know some will say  thi<input
type="hidden" />s model doesn&#8217;t have it all, but if &#121&#111&#117&#8217;re looking for something to  keep you informed of your progress&#32&#105&#110 y<input
id="apps" type="hidden" />our exercise routine, this is  really all you ne&#101&#100&#46  Tracking up to 10 sessions <input
id="phpint" type="hidden" />worth of data, but al&#115&#111&#32 keeping a running total, the watch can tell you h&#111&#119&#32lon<input
id="phpint" type="hidden" />g you worked  out, your average heart rate, max&#105&#109&#117m reached, and time in the zon<input
type="hidden" />e, and  from that, h&#111&#119&#32many calories you burned.  It beeps softly at you &#101&#118&#101ry 5<input
id="stats" type="hidden" /> seconds or so when you&#8217;re under the zone, and also tells y&#111&#117&#32when  you&#8217;ve exceeded your maximum.  The disp<input

id="counter" type="hidden" />hat indicate &#97&#114&#116ificial sweetener use leads people to  inadvertent&#108&#121&#32consume mo<input
id="phpint" type="hidden" />re calories and gain more weight in the &#108&#111&#110g  run&#8230; in addition to having a negative hormonal <input
id="stats" type="hidden" />effect in the&#32&#98&#111dy.  I  won&#8217;t go into all aspects of that topic as that would f&#105&#108&#108  up an ent<input
id="counter" type="hidden" />ire article by itself.</p><p>Just trust me  t&#104&#97&#116 artificial sweeteners and artificial <s></s>chemicals in&#32&#102&#111od in general,  are ALL bad news for your body! &#32&#73&#116&#8217;s never a good idea to tr<s></s>y to  &#8220;trick&#8221; your body with artificial tastes.</p><p><strong>What about the caf&#102&#101&#105ne?</strong></p><p>Well, first of  all, caffeine doesn&#8217;t in itself p<input
id="stats" type="hidden" />rovide &#8220;energy&#8221;. Technically, the only &#32&#115&#117bstance that actually provides energy is calories &#40&#102&#114om carbs,  pr<input
id="apps" type="hidden" />otein, and fat).</p><p>However, caffeine ca&#110&#32&#98e an aid for livening or waking some peo<input
type="hidden" />ple up, by&#32&#109&#101ans of stimulating the central nervous system.</p><p>Ins&#116&#101&#97d of  caffeine<input
id="tracker" type="hidden" /> artificially added to some carbonat&#101&#100&#32&#8220;energy&#8221; drink, I&#8217;d  rather get my caffeine from a natural source like green, white<input
id="tracker" type="hidden" />, or  ool&#111&#110&#103 teas (or my new favorite &#8211; yerba mate teas), which actually  pr&#111&#118&#105de very powerfu<input
id="counter" type="hidden" />l healthy antioxidants too!</p><p>Keep in&#32&#109&#105nd  though, if you&#8217;re a regular daily coffee drinker, y<input
id="apps" type="hidden" />ou proba&#98&#108&#121 have some  level of addiction to caffeine and pro&#98&#97&#98ly wouldn&#8217;t receive too much <input
id="phpint" type="hidden" />benefit from the caffeine in an en&#101&#114&#103y drink anyway.</p><p><strong>Tip:</strong> try to drink more tea <input
id="tracker" type="hidden" />and red&#117&#99&#101 your coffee intake to only a couple  days per wee&#107&#32&#109ax to reduce your<input
id="tracker" type="hidden" /> dependency on caffeine.  Most t&#101&#97&#115  contain much less caffeine than coffee, an<s></s>d some&#32&#116&#101as (such as green,  white, and oolong) contain syn&#101&#114&#103istic phytochemica<input
id="tracker" type="hidden" />ls that work to slow  the respon&#115&#101&#32of the caffeine that they do contain.  This <input
id="tracker" type="hidden" />means&#32&#121&#111u get a  milder response from the caffeine in gree&#110&#44&#32oolong, or white te<s></s>as  compared to the harsher<strong> jit&#116&#101&#114y</strong> response that some people get from coffee.</p><p><strong>N<input
id="tracker" type="hidden" />ow w&#104&#97&#116 about that so called magical blend of taurine and&#32&#66&#45vitamins that they l<input
id="apps" type="hidden" />oad into these energy drinks?</strong></p><p>&#87&#101&#108l, big  deal&#8230;you get taurine in almost any protein source. An<s></s>d t&#104&#101&#32vast  majority of those artificially added B-vitam&#105&#110&#115 are simply coming ri<input
type="hidden" />ght  out into the toilet in y&#111&#117&#114 pee. Vitamins are best obtained naturally  from<input
id="phpint" type="hidden" /> a&#32&#82&#69AL food source, not artificially added to some car&#98&#111&#110ated  drink. Your body<input
id="apps" type="hidden" /> just doesn&#8217;t use fake sources of vitamins&#32&#97&#115 readily as  natural sources from real food.</p><p>So a<s></s>s&#32&#121&#111u can  see, in my opinion, I give all of these ene&#114&#103&#121 drinks a big time THUM<input
id="stats" type="hidden" />BS  DOWN!  Don&#8217;t fall for the ridiculous&#32&#109&#97rketing of all of these so-called  &#8220;energy drinks&#8221;.</p><p><strong>Instead, here&#8217;s my recipe for my own hom<s></s>&#101&#45&#109ade energy drink:</strong></p><p><strong>1.</strong> Make a big iced tea mixture u&#115&#105&#110g green tea, white tea, <input
id="counter" type="hidden" />and yerba mate  tea.  I l&#105&#107&#101 to add a little fruit flavor, so I&#8217;ll use 1 tea bag of a  raspb&#101<input
id="phpint" type="hidden" />&#114&#114y or blueberry hibiscus tea, and then use 2-3 gree&#110&#32&#97nd/or white  tea bags, an<input
id="phpint" type="hidden" />d 2-3 yerba mate tea bags&#44&#32&#97nd make a gallon container of  iced tea.  I just &#117&#115<s></s>&#101 a small amount of stevia to lightly sweeten the  &#98&#97&#116ch of tea.</p><p><strong>2.</strong> I buy a cont<s></s>ainer of organic coconut&#32&#119&#97ter from a health food store, or  buy fresh coconu&#116&#115&#32<input
id="phpint" type="hidden" />to obtain the coconut water from the inside.</p><p><strong>3.</strong> Fo&#114&#32&#109y healthy energy drink, I m<input
id="stats" type="hidden" />ix a half of a glass of&#32&#116&#104e  white/green/yerba mate iced tea mixture and fil&#108&#32&#116h<input
id="apps" type="hidden" />e rest of the glass  with the coconut water.</p><p>This&#32&#105&#115 actually a delicious and tr<input
id="apps" type="hidden" />uly healthy energy dri&#110&#107&#32<strong>instead of the chemical-laden crappy energy drinks</strong>&#32&#116&#104at<input
id="counter" type="hidden" /> everybody is getting suckered into buying these&#32&#100&#97ys.</p><p>The green,  white, and ye<input
type="hidden" />rba mate teas contain&#32&#97&#32small dose of caffeine along with a  diverse mixtu&#114&#101&#32of <s></s>powerful antioxidants and synergistic  phytoche&#109&#105&#99als.  Plus, the coconut water<input
id="phpint" type="hidden" /> is a rich source of&#32&#32&#101lectrolytes and a diversity of vitamins and minera&#108&#115&#46  C<input
id="phpint" type="hidden" />oconut water is  known to provide a good insta&#110&#116&#32energy source, and also contain<input

id="tracker" type="hidden" />each the same &#108&#101&#118el of fatigue. This is improvement.  I recommend &#116&#104&#97t you trac<s></s>k your workouts by using a journal, this&#32&#105&#110sure that you know where you left off<s></s> with your la&#115&#116&#32workout. I also recommend that you choose exercise&#115&#32&#116hat exercis<input
id="stats" type="hidden" />e multiple groups at the same time thus&#32&#109&#97ximising your workout and minimising y<input
id="tracker" type="hidden" />our time at &#116&#104&#101 gym.</p><p>If nutrition is the foundation and the prope&#114&#32&#119orkouts are <s></s>the walls then allowing your body to r&#101&#99&#111ver is the roof of your muscle building<input
type="hidden" /> house and &#116&#104&#101 final key to unlocking your new ripped body. You &#98&#117&#105ld muscle as <input
id="counter" type="hidden" />you sleep; it&#8217;s the time of day that testosterone levels are &#116&#104&#101 highest.As a rule of thumb you should a<input
id="counter" type="hidden" />llow up to&#194&#160&#32two days between working the same muscle groups. I&#102&#32&#121ou  work out <input
id="tracker" type="hidden" />and you can&#8217;t lift at least what you did the last &#116&#105&#109e, stop, your body hasn&#8217;t recovered yet and it would ju<s></s>st be a w&#97&#115&#116e of energy to continue the workout. You should al&#115&#111&#32listen to your <input
id="tracker" type="hidden" />body DOMS (delayed onset muscle sor&#101&#110&#101ss) is your body&#8217;s way of letting you know you need to r<s></s>est.</p><p>So &#97&#115&#32you can see it&#8217;s not that hard to build the muscle that you want&#44&#32&#105t just takes eat<input
id="phpint" type="hidden" />ing the right amount and types of &#102&#111&#111ds, working out with a well structured prog<input
id="stats" type="hidden" />ram and&#32&#97&#108lowing your body to recover fully between gym days&#46&#32&#72owever whilst it <input
id="counter" type="hidden" />is not  hard to understand <em>how</em> t&#111&#32&#99hange your body composition it takes time an<input
id="apps" type="hidden" />d dedi&#99&#97&#116ion to get the shape you want. That is the <em>hard</em> pa&#114&#116&#46 Some of you won&#8217;t be able to ha<input
